  I will never buy from Levin's again. I bought a sectional last year, a few months after I bought it I noticed it was completely torn under 3 of the cushions. (Not to mention all of my pillows have tears in them too.) Someone came to my house in November and looked at it, left without giving me any info. A week later I called to see what the deal was..was told they had to order parts. It took 4-6 weeks for them to come in. They came and picked up half of the couch that needed repaired last week. Was called the very next day and was told they ordered the wrong parts and was asked if I wanted my couch in the shop until they came in. (Which would be another 4 weeks) I wanted it back because obviously half of my couch is missing and the other cushions don't fit right without the other half of the couch. Was called yesterday to set up delivery for tomorrow (1-17-18)..then I get a call today that they can't deliver the couch tomorrow it's not ready to come back. (After I already arranged to have the day off for this) So now I have to wait another week for my couch that will obviously still not be fixed. I called 1-11-18 and asked to speak to a manager and was told I would get a call, never did. So I called again today and asked for a manager and was told she was on the phone and she would call me when she was done. Well that was 11:00 and it's now 6:30 and still never got a call. After all of this, it would have been a lot easier to get a new couch.
