  I was recently in this Pier one for the first time after moving here last month ! I asked an associate for the price of something hanging up, She told me the price and literally laughed at me when I asked if it was for the item I asked about or the larger item with it ! I will not go back here to give them my business ! I don't mind traveling a little to go to a different one !! Hoping the mgr will get rid of this associate that was working on Sunday Nov 6 th. Do not recommend at all

  I do not shop Pier 1 Imports on a regular basis. Needed a particular product for a gift. Employees were helpful and kind. Store is pricey compared to Amazon. A specialty store for home decor. To packed with merchandise and couldn't navigate the store without bumping into other customers.

  The store itself is beautiful and has great items, but the employees are incredibly rude and sarcastic. Both registers were in use when I went to stand in line. The same 2 ladies took 15 minutes to be checked out. During that time, no one acknowledged that I was standing there, and when I was next, Arlene sacrastically said who can I help next.. She didn't apologize for the wait and didn't ask anything except for is this all and told us our total. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.
