  Not a good experience here at all. I made an appointment online, but when I arrived they were busy and acted like they didn't even know appointments were a thing! After showing her my confirmation email, an associate said the next person to become available would help me, then she herself proceeded to pass me over for the walk-in who had arrived before me. I asked another associate about it, and she said that it was first-come-first-serve regardless of appointments, and that it doesn't matter what Sprint says on their website (or in the email they sent to me about how "excited" they were for me to come into the store for my appointment)! After all that, it turned out they couldn't even help me because they're not a "corporate" store. Just one of several negative interactions with all levels of Sprint's customer service, which convinced me to terminate my contract of less than a week. They truly deserve their poor reputation.

  I don't like when store employees lie or use misinformation to sell products. It's sad that this is a trend, I hope more customers become educated so that this isn't a scheme for these stores to continue using.
